This policy explains how BramhaAI ("the app"), operated by Chirag Ghag, handles data. The app is used only by its owner and invited household members to publish content to accounts they own.
youtube.upload, youtube.readonly): basic
channel information (channel id and title) to identify which channel you linked, and the ability to upload
videos you have approved, along with their title, description and audience settings.Data is used solely to provide the app's features to you: generating content you request, showing it to you for review, and publishing it to your own accounts when you approve. We do not use Google or Instagram data for advertising, profiling, or training AI models, and we do not sell it.
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted (AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store, SecureString, AWS KMS) in the AWS Mumbai region (ap-south-1). Job records and generated media are stored in Amazon DynamoDB and Amazon S3 in the same region. Access is restricted to the app's own services.
We do not share your data with third parties, except that prompts and reference images you submit are sent to the AI generation providers needed to fulfil your request (for example fal.ai and Amazon Bedrock). Google user data is never transferred to them.
Draft media is deleted automatically after 14 days. You can unlink an account at any time from the Telegram bot, or revoke access at Google account permissions or in Instagram's settings. Stored tokens are deleted within 7 days of unlinking. To have all your data deleted, email chiragghag@gmail.com.
BramhaAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The app also uses YouTube API Services; see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
